You can store your luggage for as little as one day or as long as you need. Discounts apply for storage over 7, 30, and 60 days.

If you’re running late, don’t worry! Life happens. If you can, contact us to extend your storage period or arrange a later pickup. If not, we’ll simply charge for the additional storage time when you pick up your luggage.

Yes! We’re open early and late every day from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM, so you can drop off or pick up your luggage at your convenience.

Yes, all rentals are available on a weekly basis with flexible extensions. You can keep the rental as long as you like and will be billed weekly until the item is returned.
How do I book a rental?
You can easily book your rental items through our website. Simply select the item, choose your rental period, and confirm your booking.
Can I walk in and rent an item?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, walk-ins do not guarantee item availability. To secure your rental and ensure the item is in stock, we recommend booking in advance through our website.

Is a deposit required for rentals?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for select items. The deposit will be returned after the safe return of the item.
Do I need to provide identification to rent an item?
Yes. All renters are required to provide a copy of a valid passport (or government-issued ID for Thai residents) before the rental begins. This helps us verify identity and protect both parties in the event of loss, damage, or non-return.
Your information is kept secure and confidential and will only be used for rental-related purposes as outlined in our rental agreement.
When is payment due for weekly rentals?
Payment is due in advance at the start of each weekly rental period. To continue your rental, payment for the next week must be made before the current week ends to avoid termination of the rental.
What happens if I return a rental item late?
No worries! You can keep the rental as long as you like, and you’ll simply be billed weekly until the item is returned. There are no extra charges for late returns.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes! You can extend your rental for as long as needed. Just contact us before the end of your current rental period to arrange an extension.
Are the items sanitized between rentals?
Absolutely! We sanitize and inspect all rental items thoroughly between uses to ensure they are clean and safe for the next customer.
What should I do if an item is damaged during my rental?
Don’t fret. Things happen! If an item is damaged during your rental, please contact us immediately. Depending on the nature of the damage, repair or replacement costs may apply.
In cases of severe damage or failure to return the item, further legal action may be taken as outlined in the rental agreement to recover the item or costs incurred.
What happens if I don’t pay for the next week?
If payment for the next rental period is not received within 24 hours after the current period ends, the rental will be considered terminated and the item must be returned. Failure to return the item may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and further legal action to recover the item.
