Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcomed but spaces fill up fast. Booking online guarantees your spot.

What does the Optional Protection cover?

Bag Drop Protection covers against damage, loss, and theft for up to 5000฿ per deposited baggage.

BagDrop is strategically located just 15 minutes from Chiang Mai Central Airport, 5 minutes from the trendy Nimman neighborhood, 5 minutes from the popular Maya Mall, and 10 minutes from the historic Old City. Our central position is in the vibrant Jed Yod neighborhood known for shopping and delicious street food. Easy accessible by walking, taxi, tuk-tuk, grab.

How does the luggage pick up & drop off work?

BagDrop offers pick-up and delivery services to both Chiang Mai Airport and the local Chiang Mai area. Say goodbye to dragging your bags around the city.

Does your facility have any amenities?

We offer wifi, charging ports, a bathroom, print services, and basic travel accessories for sale.

Size Doesn't Matter?

We offer a flat rate of just 100฿ per bag per day. No hidden fees, no weight restrictions – just a straightforward, cost-effective solution to your luggage needs.

If I have to leave both a big suitcase and a handbag, do I have to book for 2 items?

Yes, any baggage, regardless of size, big or small, must be included in the booking. This is how we keep our prices low and simple.

What items are not allowed in luggage?

Please note that food, weapons, illegal items, animals, and other prohibited items are not allowed in luggage.

Is ID required for drop-off and pick-up?

Yes, identification matching the information on the booking is required for both drop-off and pick-up.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation before the originally scheduled start time and receive a full refund within a few days. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made after the reservation's start time. You can use the following link to cancel your reservation. Cancellation steps are also listed on your cancellation receipt.

How do I modify a Reservation?

Self Drop-off / Pick Up

You can modify your booking up to its original start time and you can extend your reservation at any point during your rental. If you forget to extend, don't worry – your bags are safe, and we'll process your modification when you pick them up.

For Delivery-Pick Up/Drop Off

You can modify a drop off or pick up booking up to 2 hours before the originally scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. Changes requested less than 2 hours before the start time will incur a 350฿ rebooking fee.

The only exception is airport baggage pick-ups; no fees apply for late flights. We track flight arrival times by the flight number, so please provide us with the correct flight info when booking, and let us know if the flight number changes.

What is the maximum duration of a reservation?

You can drop off your luggage safely with BagDrop for up to 30 days. When booking, simply select your drop-off and pick-up dates.

How to book?

STEP 1 Book a luggage storage service. Choose between Self Drop-off or Pick-up Service.

STEP 2 Drop off your bags at our convenient location or hand them over to one of our friendly drivers for check-in. Your luggage will be securely sealed, scanned, and stored.

STEP 3 Relax and make the most of your visit. With your belongings safely stored and your hands free, you're now free to fully enjoy your time in Chiang Mai.

Is the chosen timetable flexible?

Yes, your 24-hour time period starts on the day of your reservation when your baggage is received by staff.

Can someone else pick up my luggage?

Their name should be listed at the time of booking. That person's ID matching the information on the booking will be required.
